| Cook |
| Supports the restaurant by cooking guests food, responds to special server/guest needs, insures that meals are hot, fresh and correct, works effectively with Team Members serving customers. Responsible for food ordering, scheduling, inventory, supporting managers and supervisors. Must lift and move 40-50 pounds, work required shifts including weekends/holidays, meet attendace requirements, quality standards, and productivity requirments. |
| Drop/Count Specialist |
| You will be responsible for opening slot machines, drop doors, bill validator cans, and other casino devices to remove assets. Process coins, currency, chips, tickets, coupons, etc. for count. Create accurate documentation that complies with Colorado Gaming and Internal policies of performed counts. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and other duties as assigned. Requirements are an ability to follow verbal/written instructions, use keys to open devices, coin wrappers, currency processor, scanners, currency counters, scales and other machinery to perform count. Knowledge of computers and programs to perform counts and/or create documents, tags, reports, etc. Need to be able to work well with other team members, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. |
| Restaurant Server |
| Supports restaurant by serving guests food and drinks at tables, and responds to special guest needs. Interacts with guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Works effectively with Team Members serving customers. Must be able to lift and move 40-50 pounds, be able to work required shifts including week-ends/holidays. Must have excellent attendance record, meet quality standards, productivity requirements, and safety/security guidelines. |
| Revenue Auditor |
| Audits revenues in the various areas of the casino for the company, as well as its relationship with the Colorado Division of Gaming and other regulatory agencies by performing the following duties: Performs daily gaming audits while following the Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures. Traces source documents to evaluate documentation and reconciliation. Helps with reviewing of other gaming data in accordance with regulations. Helps prepare and review variance reports and follow-up reports. Performs other auditing duties as assigned by the revenue audit supervisor.
High School Diploma required and knowledge of Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures. |
| Valet Attendant |
| Greeting customers, parking cars, booting cars, maintain cleanliness of garage, snow removal.
Current Colorado drivers license in good standing, must be able to operate both automatic and stick shifts, must be reliable and available to work all shifts. Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills. |
