EXPERIENCE:  One (1) to two (2) years previous experience in a high volume call center.
Must possess strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word and Excel.

OBJECTIVE: To provide radio and telephone correspondence for the company and its clients in a professional and courteous manner.  Dispatch the  information necessary for techs to complete calls in the field, maintain route status and comprise reports to assist management in tracking service and response times.

(includes but is not limited to the following):

• Dispatch calls to techs in designated areas within 10 minutes of receiving the call.
• Maintain route status in the designated tracking system.
• Keep route supervisor informed of route status and any call that has a 40+ minute elapsed time frame which does not have a current tech in route.
• Maintain PBX Log (keeping a current record of all times, locations, calls pending, dispute calls, dispatched calls, maintaining within that log machine numbers, denominations, pay-off amounts, ticket numbers and any other information supplied by the tech who has completed that call).
• Follow up on any tech whom has been out of contact for more than 20 minutes by contacting the last given location the tech was in.
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner forward, transfer, page and or take messages for all calls going to personnel.
• Have an excellent understanding of how to handle emergency situations according to the PBX Manual.
• Provide a detailed run down of the route status to the on-coming dispatcher at the end of your present shift.
• Keep all logs (Vehicle/Radio Log, Key Logs, EZ Route List, etc.) current and up to date at all times.
• Complete all reports and tasks as assigned by the PBX Supervisor and or PBX Manager.
• Excellent communications skills are required to maintain good customer service.
• Understanding and proficiency of all essential job duties listed above.
• Perform other related duties as requested.

Must have the ability to work varied hours and shifts in any of our locations. Must have a current SNHD card, TAM card and proper work documents. Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment background check. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both oral and written forms.



Prior industry bar experience required, basic knowledge of gaming systems/rewards programs, knowledge of POS operations, must be willing to promote yourself and the bar.



Prior serving experience preferred and knowledge of POS operations.


Tavern Managers

Fun, outgoing candidate for fast-paced tavern. One year of gaming experience and three years of prior industry bar experience required.



Previous professional cooking experience of at least 1 year preferred.


Kitchen Management

Previous kitchen management of at least 2 years preferred. Must work all stations on the cook’s line. Must have knowledge of cost and labor control, health department regulations, basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).


Golden Route Operations

Position open for a Slot/Route Tech with prior experience. G.R.O.'s services include the installation, operation and service of gaming machines (primarily video poker machines) in local taverns, convenience stores, chain stores, motels and restaurants.

Must be able to work different schedules, have a valid NV driver's license and a clean driving record. This job requires travel in the Las Vegas area in a company vehicle.

Qualified applicants should have money handling skills, a good working knowledge of modern gaming machines and associated equipment, excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Player tracking systems maintenance and installation a plus.




TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS/SKILLS: Recognize and respond to emergency situations. Communicate via two-way radio and telephone.  Use basic writing skills to complete reports.  Communicate directly, telephonically and by transcription with guests, general public, management and staff.  Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions. Must have a full duty belt, clean driving record and CCW training certificate.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality as well as being mobile.

Must have previous cooking experience in a tavern or restaurant with at least 2 of the last 3 years of job history spent working in a kitchen.  Must be able to work all stations on a kitchen line and be able to re-produce all menu items with the correct specifications and within appropriate time limits as trained.

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work various shifts at any of our locations.  Must have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow direction and be able to communicate with all team members.  Must be able to work as part of a team and/or independently and be willing and able to do any job duty assigned or needed to be done.


A minimum of three years bartending experience is required in a gaming environment, local tavern experience preferred. Must have knowledge of gaming systems/reward programs and POS operations. Must have SNHD and TAM card, a state issued ID or driver’s license and proper work documents.
