Bar Host and Server Positions

Be prepared to interview and audition. Must have the ability to work varied hours and shifts in any of our locations. Must have a current SNHD card, TAM card and proper work documents. Employment is contingent upon the results of a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both oral and written forms.

Bar

Prior industry bar experience required, basic knowledge of gaming systems/rewards programs, knowledge of POS operations, must be willing to promote yourself and the bar.

Server

Prior serving experience preferred and knowledge of POS operations.

Kitchen Positions

Cooks

Previous professional cooking experience of at least 1 year preferred.

Kitchen Management and Assistant Kitchen Managers

Previous kitchen management of at least 2 years preferred. Must work all stations on the cook’s line. Must have knowledge of cost and labor control, health department regulations, basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)         

SLOT ANALYST/DATABASE MANAGER

Performs analyses and assessments of the characteristics of the overall databases and adhoc analysis including, but not limited to, direct marketing programs, retail revenue, operational efficiency, gaming performance, business development and events. Gaming experience a must, SQL and Crystal experience required. College degree preferred.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Full in-house payroll processing utilizing Kronos time & attendance system. Compute and record deductions such as garnishments, benefits and 401k’s; employee tips; record vacation hours. 1+ years of previous payroll processing experience required.

LOOKING TO RELOCATE TO COLORADO???

Our casinos located in Black Hawk, Colorado are hiring for:

Dealers: Experience in craps, roulette and/or blackjack.

Floor Supervisors: Experience in craps, roulette and blackjack. Prior supervisory experience a plus.

Surveillance Operators: Must have table games knowledge/experience. Prior surveillance experience a plus.

COLLECTOR

Applicant must have money handling/slot auditing experience and an accounting background. Knowledge of drop procedures is helpful. Must have an updated knowledge of Nevada Gaming Regulations. A valid Nevada drivers license and a clean driving record is required. The hours are 4:00am to 12:00pm.

DISPATCH/PBX OPERATOR

Experienced dispatch/PBX operator needed. Able to handle high volume phones, dispatch radio calls. Strong computer skills with knowledge in Excel.
