Golden Gaming, Inc. was formed in 2001, and along with its affiliate Golden Mardi Gras, Inc., operates three divisions: Golden Casino Group, consisting of the Golden Mardi Gras Casino, Golden Gates Casino and Golden Gulch Casino in Black Hawk, CO., and the Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino in Pahrump, NV. Golden Tavern Group, Nevada's largest tavern operator with 40 establishments; and Golden Route Operations (G.R.O.), Nevada's third largest slot route operator with morethan 2,500 machines in more than 200 locations throughout the state.

The company's innovative growth initiatives are impressive: the development of Golden Rewards, an exclusive and proprietary frequent player program; an explosive expansion into the Northern and Southern Nevada markets as well as Black Hawk, Colorado; and numerous development projects in the pipeline. Golden Gaming has become a multi-jurisdictional casino operator fueled by several acquisitions and new-builds in the past few years.

Additional wholly-owned properties of Golden Casino Group include three properties in the $700 million Black Hawk, Colorado market, located just outside of Denver. The Golden Mardi Gras Casino, Golden Gates Casino and Golden Gulch Casino currently feature more than 1,780 slot and video poker machines, 10 blackjack tables, Colorado's finest poker parlor featuring 14 live games, four restaurants, three bars and a 750 space parking garage.

The Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, acquired in November 2006, was the fourth casino added to the Golden Casino Group portfolio. The Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino was built in 2001 and features 70 guest rooms, 570 gaming machines, 10 table games, a sports book and poker room. Additional amenities include fine and casual dining, two casino bars, live entertainment, bowling center, banquet space, bingo and childcare facilities. Golden Gaming is one of the largest employers in Nye County, NV.

Golden Tavern Group is Nevada's largest tavern operator with over 40 locations throughout the state. Southern Nevada holdings include the flagship Sierra Gold brand and PT's Gold's, PT's Places and PT's Pub locations with a total of 36 locations throughout the valley. We have several brands in Northern Nevada including Sierra Gold, Sierra Junction, Sparky's Sports Bar & Grill, Sparky's Roadhouse and Gold Bar Casino.

Golden Rewards, a proprietary player reward and bonusing system, was developed and continues to be enhanced by Golden Gaming for use in all Golden Tavern Group locations. Golden Rewards offers players a convenient way to earn points that can be redeemed for instant bonus cash and logo merchandise. In addition, monthly mailers offer members exclusive promotions, events and valuable offers.

Golden Route Operations (G.R.O.) currently ranks as the third largest slot and video poker machine operator in Nevada with approximately 2,500 machines in an estimated 200 locations throughout Nevada. The size of G.R.O. has tripled since the company was acquired by Golden in 2001.
