Mr. Sartini formed the company in October of 2001, following his purchase of Southwest Gaming Services, Inc. Today, Golden Gaming has established itself as one of the fastest growing, most innovative and respected gaming and entertainment companies in the U.S.

Rod Atamian

Executive Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer

Golden Gaming, Inc.

Rod Atamian joined Golden Gaming, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary & Treasurer in October 2001. Rod served as Vice President of Financial Services for Station Casinos, Inc. from April 1997 through September 2001, spearheading the investor relations department and performing a variety of corporate finance and communications functions.

Steve Arcana

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Arcana is the Chief Operating Officer for Golden Gaming, Inc. He serves as senior executive for 40 taverns in both Las Vegas and Reno as well as 3 casinos in Black Hawk, Colorado and the Pahrump Nugget in Pahrump, NV. In addition, his responsibilities include new property development, marketing and human resource functions of all properties.

Matthew Flandermeyer

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Golden Gaming, Inc.

Matthew Flandermeyer joined Golden Gaming, Inc. as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2007. Prior to joining the company, Matt served as Chief Financial officer for Global Restaurant Systems from November, 2005 through 2007; Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of a collection of restaurants located in Chicago, including The Clubhouse and Nick’s Fishmarket, from June, 1999 through October, 2005; and Senior Director at Einstein Bagels. Matt began his career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christopher Abraham

Vice President of Marketing

Christopher Abraham is Vice President of Marketing, and oversees the Golden Gaming, Inc. marketing efforts in all of its jurisdictions, including Black Hawk, Colorado, Pahrump, Nevada as well as all of Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to joining Golden Gaming, Christopher was Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for Station Casinos. Prior to Station Casinos, Christopher served as the Senior Director of Marketing for Isle of Capri, and Colorado Central Station in Black Hawk, Colorado.

Joe Romano

Executive Chef

Joe Romano grew up with an appreciation for fine food and the art of cooking. From an early age he knew that he was destined to become a master within the culinary industry. Surrounding himself with the best mentors possible, Joe moved to New York City and found the endless source of inspiration and innovation he desired. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, and graduated with honors. After completing his education, Joe joined Aureole.

Sheila Pankas

Vice President of Compliance, Human Resources & Community Relations

As vice president of compliance, Pankas is responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance for Golden Gaming, Inc. and its subsidiaries in more than nine jurisdictions in two different states. She is responsible for ensuring that more than 250 licenses are maintained in good standing and that each licensee complies with the requirements of each jurisdiction at the state and local levels.

Amy Sances

Vice President of Business Development & General Counsel

Amy Sances is General Counsel, overseeing Golden Gaming’s legal and governmental affairs. She is responsible for corporate transactions and litigation; she conducts contract negotiations, directs and provides litigation support, advises on activities and public announcements, undertakes governmental relations and provides legal support to assist in achieving business goals and objectives of the company. In her capacity as VP of Business Development, Amy oversees the strategic growth and development of Golden Gaming.

Ed Kravetz

Corporate Director of Security

Kravetz joined Golden Gaming, Inc. in January 2008 as security manager for its PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns, and Golden Route Operations, Golden Gaming’s slot route operation. In his new position, Kravetz will handle all security for the PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns, Golden Gaming, Inc.’s home offices at 6595 S. Jones Blvd., the Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino and Golden Route Operations.

Justin McVay

Public Relations Manager

Justin McVay is public relations manager of Golden Gaming, Inc. He joined the company in 2010 and oversees all public relations efforts for the company, including 40 taverns in Las Vegas and Reno, three casinos near Denver, Colo., and one hotel-casino in Pahrump, Nev., as well as a slot route operation, Golden Route Operations, throughout the state.

Leonard Faircloth

Technology Development Director

Leonard Faircloth is technology development director for Golden Gaming, Inc. in Las Vegas. He joined the company in 2007 as software engineering manager where he was responsible for player management and slot accounting software. After promotion to his current position in 2009, he is now responsible for software engineering, software design project management and development.
