Blake L. Sartini is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Golden Gaming, LLC. He has led the company from its founding in October 2001 — through the purchase of slot route provider Southwest Gaming Services — all the way to the diversified organization it is today.
In addition to being Nevada’s largest slot route operator (Golden Route Operations) Golden Gaming is also the largest gaming tavern operator in the state through its second division, PT’s Entertainment Group. The third group, Golden Casino Group is the largest casino operator in Nye County, NV.
Steve Arcana is the Chief Operating Officer for Golden Gaming. He serves as senior executive over PT's Entertainment Group with over 40 taverns, Golden Casino Group in Pahrump with three casinos, a hotel and RV park as well as Golden Route Operations with over 7,000 machines in 650 locations. In addition, his responsibilities include new property development, marketing and human resource functions of all properties.
Matthew Flandermeyer joined Golden Gaming as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2007. Prior to joining the company, Matt served as Chief Financial officer for Global Restaurant Systems from November 2005 through 2007; Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of a collection of restaurants located in Chicago, including The Clubhouse and Nick’s Fishmarket, from June 1999 through October 2005; and Senior Director at Einstein Bagels. Matt began his career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Cookie Dreschler is the Vice President of Finance for Golden Gaming. She oversees all accounting and compliance for Golden Route Operations, PT's Entertainment Group and Golden Casino Group.
Prior to joining the company in July of 2012, Dreschler was with Station Casinos for 27 years and held many positions during that time in accounting and operations including vice president/general manager.
Dreschler has assisted local charities including HELP of Southern Nevada and the Shane Victorino Foundation.
Joseph Romano is Vice President of Operations for PT’s Entertainment Group.
Romano grew up with an appreciation for fine food and the art of cooking. From an early age, he knew he was destined to become a master within the culinary industry.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America and graduating with honors, Romano joined Aureole New York, one of Manhattan's most sophisticated fine dining restaurants. Under the progressive American food movement, and direction of Charlie Palmer, Romano quickly became Palmer’s right-hand man.
Jay Fennel is Vice President of Gaming Development and Technology. He manages gaming equipment, gaming systems, and related technology for Golden Gaming, Golden Casino Group, Golden Route Operations, and PT’s Entertainment Group. His primary focus is the implementation of all gaming and related technology.
Jeff Rodefer is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Rodefer will oversee the Legal and Compliance Departments. As such, he will act as the company’s in-house gaming counsel, handle general corporate legal affairs, implement critical compliance programs, work closely with gaming regulators and provide legal advice to the executive team.
Ross Gdovin is Vice President of Marketing for Golden Gaming. He oversees all marketing functions for the company including PT’s Entertainment Group, Golden Route Operations and Golden Casino Group. Gdovin manages player rewards programs including Golden Rewards and supermarket chain Checkout Rewards, slot route partner marketing plans and player clubs, creative design and development, promotions, social media, web development, and advertising.
Blake L Sartini, II is vice president of operations for Golden Route Operations. Sartini, previously the assistant director and director of operations position and is now responsible for all day-to-day chain store operations, dispatch, collection/fill teams and regional sales representatives.
Jimmy Wadhams is Northern Nevada director of operations for Golden Route Operations. He joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s wholly-owned tavern operations as well as all third-party route partnerships in northern Nevada.
As Director of Advertising and Creative. Kim drives the concept development and design for all Golden Gaming affiliates including Golden Route Operations, Nevada's largest slot route operator with more than 8,500 machines in more than 627 locations throughout the state; Golden Casino Group, consisting of the Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, Gold Town Casino, and Lakeside Casino & RV Park in Pahrump, Nevada; and PT's Entertainment Group (PTEG), Nevada's largest tavern operator with 40 establishments. PTEG’s Southern Nevada holdings include PT’s and Sierra Gold.
Kravetz joined Golden Gamingin January 2008 as security manager for its PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns, and Golden Route Operations, Golden Gaming’s slot route operation. In his new position, Kravetz will handle all security for the PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns, Golden Gaming home office, the Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino and Golden Route Operations.
Teresa Ouellette is Director of Human Resources for Golden Gaming. Prior to joining Golden Gaming, Ouellette was Human Resources Manager for Eastridge Group, Personnel Manager for Marnell Cararro, Human Resources Representative for Lionel Sawyer & Collins, and early on, worked for her father’s company assisting in inventory.
With wide-ranging knowledge and experience, Ouellette currently oversees the Human Resources department including the employment of Golden Route Operations, Golden Casino Group and PT’s Entertainment Group team members.
Lorenzo Sartini is the Executive Sales Manager for Golden Route Operations, Nevada's largest slot route operator managing more than 7,100 machines in more than 600 locations throughout the state. He is responsible for all new account games and system sales in the state and being the liaison for all third party account locations.
Sartini joined Golden Gaming in 2010 and served as Executive Marketing Manager. He also participated in the companies management development program where he worked in all aspects of the casino operations in Pahrump, NV.
