Amy Sances

Amy Sances is General Counsel, overseeing Golden Gaming’s legal and governmental affairs. She is responsible for corporate transactions and litigation; she conducts contract negotiations, directs and provides litigation support, advises on activities and public announcements, undertakes governmental relations and provides legal support to assist in achieving business goals and objectives of the company. In her capacity as VP of Business Development, Amy oversees the strategic growth and development of Golden Gaming. She assists in procuring and evaluating new gaming related business opportunities on a variety of levels from identifying possible future tavern sites to effectuating casino acquisitions.

Prior to joining Golden Gaming, Amy worked as a transactional attorney for a local firm where she was responsible for handling real estate and gaming acquisitions, leasing, business formation, site acquisition and governmental affairs. Before relocating to Las Vegas, Amy practiced commercial litigation both in Southern California and on Wall Street. She is a licensed attorney and an active member of the State Bars of Nevada, New York and California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Economics and French from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
