Blake L. Sartini

Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer

Blake L. Sartini is the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of Golden Gaming, LLC. Mr. Sartini formed the company in October of 2001, following his purhase of southwest Gaming Services, Inc. Southwest Gaming Services was a small slot route company operating in the southern Nevada metropolitan area. Today, Golden Gaming is a diversified gaming and entertainment company, operating casinos, gaming taverns, and Nevada’s largest slot route.

Steve Arcana

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Arcana is the Chief Operating Officer for Golden Gaming, LLC. He serves as senior executive for 40 taverns in Las Vegas as well as 3 casinos in Pahrump, NV. In addition, his responsibilities include new property development, marketing and human resource functions of all properties.

Matthew Flandermeyer

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Flandermeyer joined Golden Gaming, LLC as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in October 2007. Prior to joining the company, Matt served as Chief Financial officer for Global Restaurant Systems from November, 2005 through 2007; Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of a collection of restaurants located in Chicago, including The Clubhouse and Nick’s Fishmarket, from June, 1999 through October, 2005; and Senior Director at Einstein Bagels. Matt began his career in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ross Gdovin

Vice President of Marketing

Ross Gdovin is Vice President of Marketing for Golden Gaming. He oversees all marketing functions for the company including PT’s Entertainment Group, Golden Route Operations and Golden Casino Group. Gdovin manages player rewards programs including Golden Rewards and supermarket chain Checkout Rewards, slot route partner marketing plans and player clubs, creative design and development, promotions, social media, web development, and advertising.

Jay Fennel

Vice President of Gaming Development & Technology

Jay Fennel is Vice President of Gaming Development and Technology. He manages gaming equipment, gaming systems, and related technology for Golden Gaming, Golden Casino Group, Golden Route Operations, and PT’s Entertainment Group. His primary focus is the implementation of all gaming and related technology.

Blake L. Sartini, II

Director of Operations

Blake is director of operations for Golden Route Operations. Sartini, previously the assistant director of operations, is now responsible for all day-to-day chain store operations, dispatch, collection/fill teams and regional sales representatives.

Jimmy Wadhams

Northern Nevada Director of Operations

Jimmy Wadhams is Northern Nevada director of operations for Golden Route Operations. He joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s wholly-owned tavern operations as well as all third-party route partnerships in northern Nevada.

Ed Kravetz

Corporate Director of Security

Kravetz joined Golden Gaming, LLC in January 2008 as security manager for its PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns, and Golden Route Operations, Golden Gaming’s slot route operation. In his new position, Kravetz will handle all security for the PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns, Golden Gaming, LLC’s home offices at 6595 S. Jones Blvd., the Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino and Golden Route Operations.

Teresa Ouellette

Director of Human Resourses

Teresa Ouellette is Director of Human Resources for Golden Gaming, LLC. Prior to joining Golden Gaming, Ouellette was Human Resources Manager for Eastridge Group, Personnel Manager for Marnell Cararro, Human Resources Representative for Lionel Sawyer & Collins, and early on, worked for her father’s company assisting in inventory.

With wide-ranging knowledge and experience, Ouellette currently oversees the Human Resources department including the employment of Golden Route Operations, Golden Casino Group and PT’s Entertainment Group team members.
