Mr. Atamian joined Golden Gaming, Inc. as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary & Treasurer in October 2001. Mr. Atamian served as Vice President of Financial Services for Station Casinos, Inc. from April 1997 through September 2001, spearheading the investor relations department and performing a variety of corporate finance and communications functions. From September 1993 to April 1997, Mr. Atamian held the position of Director of Business Development/Finance with Station Casinos, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Station, Mr. Atamian began his career in June 1991 as a Research Associate at Volpe, Welty & Co., an investment banking firm in San Francisco, California.
