Golden Gaming announces donation drive to assist Mt. Charleston fire victims

LAS VEGAS – July 10, 2013 – Golden Gaming, operator of PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns in Southern Nevada and the Pahrump Nugget, Gold Town Casino and Lakeside Casino in Pahrump, NV, announces its partnership with the “American Red Cross – Southern Nevada Chapter to support the “Fire Hurts Red Cross Helps” campaign.  This campaign aids victims of home and wild land fires, such as those affected by the Carpenter 1 fire at Mt. Charleston. 

Golden Gaming’s 40 PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns in Southern Nevada will let patrons add a donation to the top of their food and beverage bill.  Golden Gaming’s casinos in Pahrump will be collecting donations at the properties bars inside the Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino, Gold Town Casino and Lakeside Casino and RV Park.  Donations will be accepted 24 hours a day, now through July 31 and will be delivered directly to the Red Cross. 

 “As Southern Nevada continues to battle the horrible Carpenter 1 fires in Mt. Charleston we wish to extend a helping hand to displaced Nevadans and other victims of the fires.  We are pleased to open the fundraising with a $5,000 donation by Golden Gaming” expressed Steve Arcana, Chief Operating Officer of Golden Gaming.
