PT’s Entertainment Group Awards One Lucky Guest a $10,000 Seat at the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event Championship

LAS VEGAS – June 1, 2012 – PT’s Entertainment Group (PTEG), operator of PT’s and Sierra Gold taverns, announced the winner of the $25,000 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Giveaway on Thursday, May 31. Elizabeth Rush, a semi-finalist from PT’s on Durango Drive, won a seat valued at $10,000 at the 2012 WSOP Main Event Championship to take place on Saturday, July 7 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

From May 1 through May 26, PT’s and Sierra Gold guests entered to win a seat to the WSOP Main Event. Semi-finalist drawings took place on May 26, where one winner from each tavern won an invitation to the WSOP giveaway event. Second place prize was $75 in slot play, and third place prize was $50 in slot play.

The PT’s and Sierra Gold WSOP Giveaway event took place on Thursday, May 31 at Sierra Gold on South Jones Boulevard. The semi-finalists from each tavern participated in a poker-themed drawing for the first place prize, a $10,000 seat to the WSOP No-Limit Hold 'em Championship event. Rush won with a full house, queens over jacks. Second place won $2,500, third place won $1,000, fourth place won $500, fifth place won $250, and sixth place through 40th place won $100 in slot play.
