Sheila Pankas' background in Regulatory Compliance started ten years ago in the Slot Route industry at Southwest Gaming, before it became Golden Gaming. After five years with the Route, Sheila spent a short time at the Gaming Control Board as an Agent with the Tax and License Division before moving on to IGT as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst for over 4 years. Sheila most recently served as Regulatory Compliance Manager for Station Casinos before joining Golden Gaming in August 2005. Born and raised in up-state New York, Sheila attended Cornell University before moving to Las Vegas in November 1991, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration at UNLV. As Director of Compliance, Sheila is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations at the state and local jurisdiction levels.
